Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, minimum of five (5) years experience as a civil engineer with progressive levels of responsibility and a record of above average performance, a record of success in supervising and directing the work of others or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience; a Licensed Professional of the State of Ohio. Knowledge of Environmental Laws, the operation of Water and Waste Water Systems, Budgeting, Personnel Management, Grant Application and administration procedures along with Grant Funding rules and regulations.

Job Description 

One Stop System Manager Mahoning County One Stop Office November 19, 2009 December 2, 2009
Assists the Chief Operating Officer, One-Stop, in planning, implementing and managing all aspects of the One-Stop, including direct customer service, computer maintenance and facility management.

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Social Work or related field with a minimum of three to five years’ related experience or equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Progressive levels of responsibility and experience in interacting with a multi-cultural population. Record of above average performance.  Valid driver’s license.

Wage per hour: $17.46
