One Stop System Manager	Mahoning County One Stop Office	November 19, 2009	December 2, 2009	Assists the Chief Operating Officer, One-Stop, in planning, implementing and managing all aspects of the One-Stop, including direct customer service, computer maintenance and facility management. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Social Work or related field with a minimum of three to five years’ related experience or equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Progressive levels of responsibility and experience in interacting with a multi-cultural population. Record of above average performance.  Valid driver’s license.
