Richard A. Marsico, P.E., P.S.

Richard received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in August of 1958. He is a Registered Engineer and Registered Surveyor in both Ohio and Pennsylvania.

• 1988 Market Street Merchant Award for Exceptional Support
• 1999 Youngstown Fire Department Recognition for Dedicated Service
• 1999 HBA Recognition and Dedication for Services
• 2000 VFW Veteran of the Year
• 2001 Knights of Columbus Honorary Knight of the Year

Richard was commissioned in the Army Reserve in 1958 and served through 1969. He spent 6 months active duty from May 1959 to November 1959.
