Below are links for the 2011 Annual District Report which is a comprehensive review of all District programs and activities that will be reviewed by Ohio EPA officials. The Table VI.1 tonnages demonstrate the progress the District has made in reaching the State of Ohio waste reduction goals. Although we will not know until the Ohio EPA provides comments on the ADR later this year, the District believes it will have a 25% residential/commercial recycling rate. The industrial rate may not reach 66%; however, it is an increase over 2010 tonnage.
