Austintown: County Court Judge

Honorable Judge David A. D’Apolito

Received his undergraduate degree from Youngstown State University in Political Science and his Juris Doctrate from the University of Akron School of Law in 1989.  Judge D’Apolito currently presides in the Mahoning County Area #4, Austintown, Ohio and has served on the Bench since 1997 when he was appointed the County’s first County Court Magistrate.  Judge D’Apolito was elected to the County Court Bench in November, 2000.  Prior to that service, Judge D’Apolito served as a prosecutor for New Middletown Village as well as Ashtabula County.  His prior experience also includes service as a hearing officer for Boardman Township and Special Counsel for the Ohio Attorney General.  He is a member of the Mahoning County  Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association, and the Ohio Judicial Conference.
