Examination of Probate Records
LOCAL RULE 55.1. Removal of Records
Records shall not be removed from the Court except when approved by the Judge or a Magistrate as evidenced by a removal card. No person may withdraw more than three (3) files at a time. Only attorneys and recognized title examiners are permitted to remove files from the Court.
LOCAL RULE 55.2. Photocopies
Copies of records may be obtained at the cost of Five cents ($.05) per page. Copying of records that are confidential by law is strictly prohibited. Inspection of confidential files must be authorized by prior court order.
