Current listing for Ohio BEFORE YOU MOVE IN: v Make sure the District Board of Health obtains a safe water sample from your new well if city water is not available. v Obtain final approval for your septic system and plumbing from the District Board of Health if sewer is not available. v Obtain a final building inspection and occupancy permit from the Mahoning County Building Inspection Department or City of Campbell.
