Joseph V. Warino P.E., P.S., F.NSPE

Mr. Warino has been the Mahoning County Sanitary Engineer since 1997. He also worked at the Mahoning County Highway Engineers and the Water Engineering Department in the City Of Youngstown. He is appointed by the County Commissioners.
