161st Mahoning County “Canfield” Fair

August 29th, 2007 through Labor Day, September 3rd, 2007
Some of this year’s feature attractions include:
- Governor Ted Strickland and our County Commissioners will be officially opening the fair with the traditional Ribbon Cutting on Thursday, August 30, at 10:00 AM.
- The Robinson Family Singers will be singing by Gate 8 at 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM daily and giving an extra performance both on Saturday and Sunday at 4:40 PM as well.
- YSU vs. OSU football game will be broadcasted on Large Screen TV on the Concourse on Saturday.
- The Cheerleading Demonstration will be held from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM on Wednesday at the Grandstand.
- The Local School Band Concerts will be held from 11:00 AM – 1:30 PM on Thursday at the Grandstand.
- Jeopardy Contest sponsored by the Green Team will be held on Friday at 11:00 AM in front of the Grandstand with even some of our County Commissioners as participants.
