Projects and Plans
Current Projects:
Developing plans to make immediate, emergency treatment intervention available for residents of Mahoning County. There is such a limited number of treatment slots available due to a lack of resources, that we have extensive waiting lists that continue to grow because people can not enter treatment.
Short Term and Long Term Plans:
Five Year Strategic Plan
New Services:
We believe that implementation of the emergency service will allow us to better serve our target population and track their progress in treatment and help them remain alcohol and drug free for a lifetime.
COMMUNITY PLAN
The 50 Alcohol, Drug Addiction and Mental Health Services/Alcohol and Drug Addiction Services (ADAMHS/ADAS) Boards throughout Ohio are required by Ohio law to prepare and submit to ODADAS a plan for the provision of alcohol and other drug addiction services in its service area. The plan, which constitutes the boards’ application for funds for a biennial period, is prepared in accordance with procedures and guidelines established by ODADAS. Boards submit a Community Plan Update that provides a progress report in alternate years that a plan is not due.
