John A. McNally IV has served as County Commissioner since January 3, 2005. Prior to serving as County Commissioner, Commissioner McNally served as Law Director for the City of Youngstown, Ohio.
Commissioner McNally graduated from Georgetown University in 1991 and received his JD/MPA from Cleveland State University's College of Law and Levin College of Urban Affairs in 1996.
Commissioner McNally, his wife Virginia and their daughters, Cara and Casey, reside in Youngstown.
