Biographies
Lisa Antonini: After joining the Mahoning County Treasurer’s Office staff in 2000, Antonini became Treasurer in March 2007. She also is an active member of the county’s Alcohol and Drug Addiction Services Board and chairwoman of the county’s Democratic Party.
Jay Williams: The City of Youngstown’s first African-American mayor served for five years as the Director of Youngstown’s Community Development Agency. As such, he was actively involved in the Youngstown 2010 plan that he is now implementing as mayor.
Williams is a 1994 graduate of Youngstown State University’s Williamson College of Business Administration with a degree in finance. He has held positions with the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland and was vice president of First Place Bank of Youngstown.
John A. McNally IV: McNally has served as Mahoning County Commissioner since January 2005. Prior to his election, McNally was Law Director for the City of Youngstown.
McNally graduated from Georgetown University in 1991 and received his combined Juris Doctor/Master of Public Administration degree from Cleveland State University's College of Law and Levin College of Urban Affairs in 1996.
Carol Rimedio-Righetti: A second-term Youngstown City Council member, Rimedio-Righetti represents the Fourth Ward on the city’s West Side. She also is the most senior member of City Council.
Daniel Yemma: A certified public accountant, Yemma has been Mahoning County's chief deputy treasurer since March 2007. He also is a councilman-at-large in the City of Struthers.
Debora Flora: As Lien Forward Ohio’s executive director, Flora is responsible for implementing the board’s philosophies and strategies pertaining to land reutilization and economic development.
Flora, originally of Niles, is a graduate of Youngstown State University and a resident of Youngstown since 1991. She was a reporter for The Vindicator, a daily newspaper, for 17 years before joining the Treasurer’s Office in 2006 as Community Outreach Specialist.
