Getting Started
Lien Forward Ohio offers workshops on an ongoing basis to educate the public about our services. Prospective clients of Lien Forward Ohio are required to attend. Each workshop is approximately 75 
minutes. Sessions are available at various times.
Lien Forward Ohio staff members will explain how we may be able to help you acquire vacant, abandoned, tax-delinquent property. We’ll answer your questions and help you fill out paperwork, both for purchasing the necessary tax lien(s) and to determine if you qualify for our cost-sharing plan toward legal expenses.
Attendees are encouraged to bring information about the properties of interest, including location, address, parcel number and owner names.
