No. Checks or money orders may be mailed to the Treasurer's Office, 120 Market St., Youngstown, OH 44503. Any payment that is postmarked on or before the due date will be accepted as on-time. Payments also may be made using credit cards and a service called Official Payments. Instructions on paying with a credit card are on the back side of property tax bills.
