• Continued organization and preparation of tax lien certificate sales.
• Continued participation in Lien Forward Ohio Regional Council of Governments, a partnership between Mahoning County and the City of Youngstown since October 2005. The program's goal is to return 5,000 vacant, tax delinquent properties to productive use in five years.
