A. There are 3 places that you can go to in The Mahoning County Communicator to find a link to search court records.
1) Under Services on the left side of the home page there is a link that is called Public Access Case Search and next to the link it says (CourtView Online) next to the link.
2) On the Common Pleas departmental home page there is a link Common Pleas Search, and under it says “Search for Public Records” under the link. Or just click on the link above to take you there.
3) If you click on the last picture to the far right on the home page called Courts and Criminal Justice, there is a link there called Public Access Case Search and next to the link it says (CourtView Online).
For Probate Court Records
1) Under Services on the left side of the home page there is a link that is called Public Access Case Search and next to the link it says (CourtView Online for Probate Court) next to the link.
2) On the Probate Court departmental home page there is a link on the right to the Probate website and you can click on the link to the CourtView from that page or click here: Probate Court Search
3) If you click on the last picture to the far right on the home page called Courts and Criminal Justice, there is a link there called Public Access Case Search and next to the link it says (CourtView Online for Probate Court).
