County Court No. 4, located in Austintown, shall be closed effective noon Friday, February 5, 2021 through February 12, 2021 and February 15, 2021.

In order to meet the Court's obligation of safeguarding court employees, litigants and the public, County Court No. 4 shall extend and amend the order issued on February 5, 2021 in part that the court be closed effective @ Noon on Friday, February 5, 2021 through Friday, February 12, 2021 to allow the court to be professionally cleaned and sanitized. The Court will open for business on Tuesday, February 16, 2021. The Court shall extend the days in which the court will be closed in abundance of caution. The Court has concerns that other employees may become symptomatic and/or asymptomatic and cause the spread of this contagious vims. Accordingly, this Court continues all criminal proceedings including but not limited to pretrials, trials and preliminary hearings until the next available date. The continuances are granted pursuant to R.C. 2945.72(1-I) and constitute a reasonable continuance granted other than upon the accused's own motion.
