Payments Online
Make payments from your checking/savings account using the ExpertPay website. To initiate this process, access the website and register as a user. To remit payment, enter a payment amount and an effective date for the withdrawal. On the effective date, the payment will be debited from your bank account and then five business days later, the payment is sent to Ohio CSPC.
There is no charge for payments made to Ohio CSPC, however, you pay a nominal fee for payments remitted to other states. The ExpertPay website has additional details about fees.
To Make Payments Using Your Credit Card
Using e-childsPay, you can make your payment online using a credit card. To initiate this process, access the website and register as a user. e-childsPay routes your payments to the appropriate receiving state child support agency. There is a convenience fee associated with making a payment using e-childsPay that is separate from child support fees, and your credit card's bank may charge additional fees, since child support payments are treated as cash transfer (advance) payments. Your credit card is charged immediately. Once the transaction has settled with your credit card and e-childsPay receive the funds, the payment is sent to the receiving state. Please allow 7 days for the state to receive your payment.

- If you do not know your case number, call the Mahoning County CSEA at 303-740-2073 for assistance.
- Court order number
- Obligor's Social Security number
- Obligor's first and last name
- Obligee's name

Ohio offers 2 methods for receiving support payments: Direct Deposit and the Ohio e-QuickPay® Debit MasterCard®. Both methods provide you with a faster, simpler, and safer way to receive your support payments:
If you enroll in the direct deposit option, your child support payments will be directly deposited to your account at your financial institution. Payments are deposited automatically after the state receives and posts a payment to your case. Please check with your financial institution to verify the receipt of the funds.
Ohio e-QuickPay® Debit MasterCard®
This option provides you with a debit card to receive and use your support payments. Support payments are credited to the e-QuickPay® card automatically after the state receives and posts a payment to your case. You do not need a bank account to enroll in this option. The card can be used at any place that accepts MasterCard® debit cards or Maestro®.
Cash withdrawals from your card can be made at any ATM or bank teller window displaying the MasterCard®, Maestro®, or Cirrus® brand marks. Cardholders can access their available balance and transaction history securely at e-Quickpay.com. All transaction information is displayed immediately in date and time order.
Cardholders may also access balance and transaction information by calling Ohio e-QuickPay® customer support at 800-503-1283.
Enrollment
To enroll in either the direct deposit or the e-QuickPay® option, complete theEnrollment/Authorization Form (PDF), attach your voided check or deposit slip if you are choosing direct deposit, seal it and drop it in the mail. You may obtain the form by contacting the CSEA or call 1-888-965-2676.

To obtain current payment or balance information you can access the Ohio Child Support Customer Service web portal website.
- This is an interactive web portal that provides child support customers a secure environment in which they can view their child support case information on demand.
- Once registered, Obligors and Obligees are able to view and print up to two years of child support payment data, as well as view address, employment, health insurance and support order information that is on file with the child support agency.
- To register, both Obligors and Obligees will need their 10-digit SETS case number and social security number. In addition, the Obligees will need either the last 4 digits of their direct deposit account or e-QuickPay Card number that your support is electronically sent to.
- Upon successful completion of the registration process, the User ID and Password enables the child support customer to access their case information via the Child Support Customer Service Portal. The portal will be operational and available 23 hours a day, 7 days a week, throughout the year (with one hour down time nightly for maintenance).
