EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY – TO PROTECT THE SAFETY OF THE PUBLIC AND OUR EMPLOYEES THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT PUBLIC COUNTER IS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY; CALL 330-270-2894 TO SCHEDULE.  

PLEASE REMAIN IN YOUR VEHICLE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT. YOU WILL BE CALLED TO ENTER THE BUILDING.  WHILE WAITING PLEASE MAINTAIN A 6 FOOT DISTANCE WITH OTHERS. 

a) Once inside, please remain on the blue carpet runner, keeping a safe 6 feet distance away from staff. 
b) To minimize contact, permit techs will instruct you through the process for; permits, payments, & pick ups. The counter area is being disinfected after each transaction. 
c) Inspector public counter hours have been suspended. If needed, inspectors will contact you via phone during normal business hours; please leave your contact information.  
d) Inspections for occupied structures have been suspended. Please leave your contact information for the inspector to contact you regarding the process for these types of inspections. All other inspections can be scheduled as normal.
