What should I do if I can't find my property tax bill?
Call the Treasurer's Office at 330-740-2460 to verify the amount due. Write the parcel number of your property on your check or money order when you send your payment. The parcel number is a 12-digit number that identifies your property. Mail your payment to Mahoning County Treasurer at:
120 Market Street
Youngstown, OH 44503

You also may have a new bill printed if you pay in person at the Treasurer's Office, which is in the Mahoning County Courthouse. Hours are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. weekdays.
